A lighter and more flexible alternative to concrete

Compared to concrete cable protection plates, the Electroplast solution is significantly lighter, easier to handle and faster to install. Made of impact-resistant polyethylene (PE), the plates do not require heavy equipment for installation and can be manually positioned, which reduces both labor costs and time spent on site. At the same time, they offer very good mechanical protection for cables even in difficult ground conditions.

Compliance with strict standards

Electroplast cable protection plates comply with European standard EN50520, which is often required in the construction of high and medium voltage infrastructure. The plates are made of high-quality impact-resistant polyethylene and are available in a wide range of sizes:

• width 100–1220 mm
• thickness 6–18 mm
• standard length 1000 mm, if necessary also longer elements

Cable protection plates have connection holes, which allow them to be connected quickly and securely using special fasteners. This ensures a uniform and stable protective layer along the entire cable section and significantly simplifies installation on objects. In addition, they can be can be ordered in different colors and with warning text, which increases work safety during subsequent excavation work.
