Preparation of Uniseals composite manholes at the Gridstock warehouse: a fast and logical modular system for modern infrastructure projects.

Uniseal composite manhole modules—part of a new infrastructure project—were recently prepared at the Gridstock warehouse. The modular composite manhole system is designed to make assembly as simple, logical, and fast as possible—a fact confirmed in practice by the recent workflow at our warehouse.

Game-based logic that works in real life

The assembly process was essentially like a childhood construction game: the modules snap together precisely, without the need for strenuous effort. This intuitiveness is one of the greatest advantages of composite wells—the modular system can be handled by young and old, men and women alike, regardless of prior experience.

The assembly of the modules took the following amount of time:

  • Assembly per row: ~4 minutes

  • Assembly of parts: ~3 minutes

  • Total time per row: ~8 minutes

The result was precise, stable, and immediately ready for installation.

Why composite manholes?

The composite manhole solution is particularly well-suited for sites where:

  • installation must be carried out quickly,

  • space is limited,

  • the soil height is limited,

  • the use of heavy concrete wells is not feasible or practical.

The composite material is lightweight, durable, and weather-resistant. The modular system allows for precise adjustment of the shaft height, and installation does not require heavy machinery. This makes the solution suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.

Preparation at the warehouse — installation on site

The modules prepared at the facility are now transported to the site, where they are installed in their final locations. The installation process follows the same logic as the assembly: the modules fit together precisely, work progresses rapidly, and the final result meets the project specifications.

A short video has also been produced showing the assembly of Uniseal composite manhole modules, illustrating exactly how the modular system works and the logic behind the assembly process. The clip provides a clear overview of how the manholes take shape before being installed on-site.
